Q2. What information do I need to register?
A2. To register for HasbroRewards.com, you must create a username and password and provide an email address, your name and your home address.

Q3. I forgot my password; what should I do?
A3. Click on the "forgot your login info?" link on the site, enter your username and submit. An email will be sent to you so you can reset your password.

Q4. I forgot my username; what should I do?
A4. Use the “Contact us” tool located in the footer of the HasbroRewards.com website. A representative will contact you to assist you in retrieving your username.

Q5. How do I update my personal information?
A5. Once you've registered, you can log in to HasbroRewards.com and click on My Profile. From the My Profile page, select "edit" under "Your Information" to update your email address, mailing address and children's information (if provided).

Q6. How will you use my personal information?
A6. Your personal information will be used to fulfill your rewards and contact you if you sign up to receive emails from us. See our privacy policy for complete details.

Q7. Why do I need to register?
A7. By registering, you can participate in all programs on HasbroRewards.com and track of the status or your rewards programs. Registering online also allows you to submit your receipts via text or email and opt-in to receive future communications from Hasbro.

Q8. Do I need to re-register for each program?
A8. No. Once you register for HasbroRewards.com, you can participate in all available rewards programs.

Q9. What is the cost to join?
A9. There is no cost to join or participate in HasbroRewards.com.

Q10. Can I participate in rewards programs without registering online?
A10. Yes. Each program offers a printable reward redemption form that will allow you to submit your purchase information via mail.

Rewards
Q11. How do I participate in a program?
A11. Visit HasbroRewards.com and register. Select the program that you want to participate in and follow the promotion requirements. Enter your receipt information, upload an image of your receipt and submit. Your purchase information will be verified and your will receive your reward via mail or email (varies by program).

Q12. How can I check on the status of my rewards?
A12. Visit the "My Profile" section to view the status of the programs you are participating in.

Q13. I lost my receipt; can I still redeem my reward?
A13. In order to participate in HasbroRewards.com programs you must have your original purchase receipt and complete the promotion requirements. If you do not have your receipt we will not be able to verify your submission.

Q14. Why do I need to upload a photo of my receipt?
A14. An image of your receipt is required to verify qualified purchases in order to redeem a reward.

Q15. I can’t upload a photo of my receipt, what should I do?
A15. Verify that the image of your receipt has been saved as a .jpg, .gif or .png and is no larger than 5MB.

Q16. How do I upload a photo of my receipt to the website?
A16. Click on "Upload Receipt" from a rewards program page. Enter the required information from your receipt, click submit and you will receive a unique code. Write the code on your receipt, click continue, and upload an image of your receipt by selecting "Browse" from the receipt upload page, selecting your receipt file and clicking save. You can preview the image of your receipt and then upload it by selecting "Submit." You will receive a confirmation message that your receipt has been received.

Q17. How are the rewards shipped?
A17. How you receive your rewards will depend on the program and the reward, but most rewards will be fulfilled via email or postal mail.

Q18. When can I expect to receive my reward?
A18. Each program will vary, but you should receive your reward in 8-10 weeks from the date of an accepted submission.

Q19. I haven’t received my reward; what should I do?
A19. Contact Hasbro’s Customer Service at 800.255.5516 during business hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm EDT and Fri 8:00am-1:00pm EDT

Q20. Do I need to pay for the shipping of my reward?
A20. No. There is no cost to you to have your rewards shipped.

Q21. How will I know if there is a new promotion?
A21. When you register for HasbroRewards.com, you can choose to receive updates from us about new HasbroRewards.com programs and coupon offers. Once registered, you can also manage your alerts and make edits to how you hear from us by visiting the “My Profile” section and clicking "edit" under "Your Information.”

Q22. Why do I need to write a unique code on my receipt?
A22. The unique code on your receipt allows us to validate the information submitted and track the receipts you've entered for a specific program.

Q23. My coupon didn't print; what should I do?
A23. Click on the "help" link within the coupons field for questions about accessing or printing coupons.

Q24. How will I know when you post new coupons?
A24. When you register to HasbroRewards.com, you can choose to receive updates from us about new HasbroRewards.com programs and coupon offers.
